BroCode is about friends looking out for friends: a quick way to bail on an awkward date, a discreet “come check on me”, a heads-up that you need a phone-call excuse, or just an inside joke only your crew gets. It’s for the people on your side, not for deceiving the ones who care about you.

Is it private?

Yes. You can start completely anonymously — no phone number or real name required. Your code words live only inside your group, the Decypher feature scans messages right on your device (nothing is uploaded), and we never sell or share your data with advertisers or anyone else.

Is it free?

BroCode is free for you and your friends, with no paywalls on the core features. We cover costs with unobtrusive ads — never by selling your messages or personal data.

Do my friends need the app?
