These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BroCode (“BroCode”, “we”, “us”). By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use BroCode.

What BroCode is

BroCode lets you and your friends create a private set of code words and send signals to one another. It is intended for fun, for inside jokes, for graceful exits from awkward moments, and for friends to check in on and look out for each other.

BroCode is a tool for friends, not a substitute for emergency services. In a real emergency, contact your local authorities.

Your account

You can use BroCode anonymously or by signing in. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must be old enough to use the service under the laws of your country.

Your content

You own the code words, meanings, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content to your group so the service can function. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

Ads

BroCode is free and supported by advertising. By using the service, you acknowledge that we may display ads, which may be served by third parties such as Google AdMob / AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Service availability

We work to keep BroCoderunning, but we provide the service “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BroCode and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using BroCode at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm others or us.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
